As a consumer you are protected by law for your online purchases.
You have the right to purchased product (s):
- cancel within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
- after cancellation another 14 days to return your product.
You must return the ordered products unused and in the delivered condition. in this case you must return the perfumes resealed and unopened. We will refund the paid purchase price including shipping costs to you after receiving the returned products. You have to pay the costs of the returned product yourself.
These costs amount to approximately € 7.25 per package in NL, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you use your right of withdrawal, you must return the product in its original condition and packaging as delivered.
